Welcome to 24Outfits! We want you to love your purchase. Since our products are made-to-order through our printing partner, we only accept returns or refunds in specific cases explained below.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Send an email to [hello@24outfits.com] with:
Your order number
Photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Printful (our fulfillment partner) will handle the reprint or refund to us, and we’ll process your refund promptly.
2. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame and tracking shows no delivery, please contact us. We’ll open an investigation and, if confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Size / Change of Mind
All items are custom made when you order.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color preferences, or if you change your mind after placing the order.
Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
4. Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, 24Outfits is not responsible for the failed delivery.
We can resend your order if it is returned to the facility, but reshipping fees will apply.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved:
It will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
6. Return Address
Returns are processed at our fulfillment partner’s facility.
Do not return products to the sender address on your package.
Please contact us first — we’ll provide the correct return instructions.
